Candy Riot is a synth-rock band based in Austin, TX.  Holly Holt, Philip Moody, and Bobby Cheatham blend synths, percussive guitars, slamming drum machines and ethereal vocals and credits David Bowie and Talking Heads as primary musical influences.   Their first album ‘Moonstar’ was released on August 2022, and their 2nd album ’Nico Loretto’ was released in February 2024.   The band is currently working on an EP called ‘Mirrors’ and this will feature a collection of covers.
